As Senior Designer, I led product design to drive brand advocacy for clients and nurture the customer network with an engaging and rewarding experience. BzzAgent is a word-of-mouth media network that helps top brands attain and utilize real-world conversations among consumers. My team overhauled BzzAgent's brand identity and redesigned the product in 2015, then expanded internationally.
I took initiative and spearheaded the Personalization project, which addressed customer pain points in an overlooked area of the product experience. My research with customer service moderators fueled the definition of product requirements that satisfy both customers and clients. I pitched the project to business stakeholders and consulted with our technology team on constraints. From there I created rounds of iterative designs and worked closely with the development team to build, test, and launch the new Account hub.

BzzAgent launched Bite-Sized Bzz activities to engage customers between campaigns with shareable, delightful activities. I collaborated with the Creative team on initial brainstorming and branding, then led the product design solution. The idea of show-don't-tell to our social loving audience was then mirrored for our campaigns for CPG clients.
